Our offices are located in Carlsbad, California. Though it may sound cliché, practically speaking, I'm as far away as your phone. Ninety percent of my business is conducted via phone, fax and e-mail because to do otherwise is unnecessary and hugely time-consuming. Please understand, I'm certainly not opposed to meeting clients in person and for those of you who are accustomed to doing business this way, I welcome it. Carlsbad is a lovely picturesque community and our offices are quite nice and conveniently freeway adjacent. The traffic on Interstate 5, however, is often times much less agreeable.

Now, let's talk about your location and that of your property for a moment. If your property is IN CALIFORNIA I CAN BE OF ASSISTANCE TO YOU.

If it's OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA, the answer is PROBABLY. I've done loans for residents all over the country: Washington, Florida, Colorado, Georgia, etc. This was done one of two ways either by working through cooperating brokers in those states or by using the CORPORATE REAL ESTATE LICENSES OF THE LENDERS IN THOSE STATES. Not all lenders we use are licensed in all 50 states OR their rates may not be as competitive as other lenders in your particular state, so the answer is "it depends" on where you reside and where your property is, and what kind of loan you desire.  The likelihood, though, is that I can do it.
